Ajman University Initiates Fellowship to Foster Emirati Academic Talent
Ajman University has unveiled the ‘Ajman University Doctoral Student Fellowship,’ a pioneering initiative designed to enhance its Faculty Emiratisation Strategy for 2026-2031. This strategic program aims to nurture Emirati scholars, equipping them for promising careers in academia and research.

Commencing this year, the university will support four Emirati master’s graduates annually for three years, offering them the opportunity to pursue doctoral studies in Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, and Law. This fellowship covers full tuition and provides a monthly stipend of AED 8,000 over twelve months each academic year. Graduates are expected to join the university as full-time faculty, thus contributing to its academic growth.
